Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Period
All programme purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of payment, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This applies to paid programmes only. Free discovery calls are non-refundable.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued provided: (1) The return request is made within 14 days; (2) The programme has not substantially commenced (more than 2 sessions completed); (3) The request is made in writing to info@motionvykne.world.
Refund Process
Once we receive a valid refund request, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may deduct a reasonable fee if significant programme materials or services have been delivered.
Cancellation After Programme Start
Cancellations made after 2 sessions have been completed are not eligible for refund. You may be entitled to pause or reschedule for a future date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your programme to a later date, contact us at info@motionvykne.world at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is available for most programmes at no charge.
Non-Refundable Items
Discovery sessions (free consultation calls), completed workshops, and substantially delivered educational materials are non-refundable.
